I am Kateryna Krupkina, a nutritionist and
founder of the only practical nutrition school
in Ukraine - Mindful eating school.

I see my mission as improving the quality of life of women through building an adequate relationship with food and the ability to take care of yourself and your body. Why exactly?

Because I myself have gone through a long and difficult path of inadequate diets, restrictions, sports overload, lack of KD (cycle failure) and health problems. And I understand how you want to end this suffering once and for all. I know how to do it.
